What is the best way to make chicken burgers?

Use your hands to gently mix the burger ingredients in a mixing bowl. Lay wax paper over the patties and form them into patties. In order to ensure that each patty cooks evenly, make a depression in the center.

To boost the flavor and give it a freshness, I added fresh oregano and chives. It's a combination of breadcrumbs, lemon juice, and mayonnaise that keeps these chicken burgers from drying out. Since this is my recipe, there's a clove of garlic in these burgers.

To complement these ground chicken burgers, I made a simple but flavorful mayo. It is completely up to you whether to include it or not! You can top these with whatever you like.

Earlier this summer, I wondered if an approach similar to our turkey burgers would work on grilled chicken burger patties, too. So! I gave it a try. Fortunately for all of our sakes, the answer is yes, YES, 100x yes!
